Hello folks, Ashoke here. I have recently caught the motorcycle bug. When I was younger I always used to see many motorcycles passing by my house, and I always used to wonder to myself "why are these people traveling by motorcycle when it is much easier to go by car or taxi" until I got invited to go on a motorcycle trip with my friend. Once I came back from the motorcycle trip I knew instantly within my heart why people love motorcycle travel so much. There is no greater feeling on this earth than when going on a motorcycle adventure and having the wind blowing in your face. Soon after this I started to plan my first motorcycle adventure around my local city of Calcutta in India.
I really work hard on many of my clients sites doing search engine optimization, so when I finally do get weekends off I like to strap on my helmet and go on my motorcycle trip. In the last few months however I have started to organize motorcycle touring groups where people such as myself who love motorcycling can get together and plan our next motorcycle tour. Over where I live there are some very interesting places to visit, but in the motorcycle travel arena it's not just how far you can go where you go. The Himalayas for example our great place to organize motorcycle trips because there are so many interesting sounds and sights where you can have an incredible motorcycle adventure while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Himalayas. As our motorcycle tour's start to grow larger and larger we are starting to get many people from all over the world inquiring about trying to join the group.
When organizing a motorcycle trip there are many factors that come into play here. First of all you when you're motorcycle touring group should always get together and plan your adventure at least six months in advance. The reason why I tell you this is because in my own experience we got stuck planning a motorcycle adventure trip to the Himalayas during the last two weeks. Not only did we not have enough time to get the necessary equipment needed to go on our motorcycle trip but we also could not get a hotel room booked by that time. When negotiating any hotel room booking the more time in advance that you booked a hotel room, the greater the discount that you will get from that hotel. So make sure that when you are going on a motorcycle travel trip that you get the hotel rooms all booked up at least a half a year to year in advance. This will get all of the stress that is involved in planning your stay out of your mind which will make your group motorcycle tour a fun and adventurous event.
The other thing that you should have gone well in advance of your motorcycle touring trip is to make sure that every rider that is going with you as the proper motorcycle license, permits and insurance needed. Always make a point to your clients that they should always be insured on their vehicle before going on any motorcycle tours.
Any motorcycle adventure trip should always include an eclectic for variety of events that is sure to have something enjoyable for everyone involved in the motorcycle touring group that is with you. This way when the trip is done everyone will go home happy and satisfied that they did something that they enjoyed , and also never forget that when you are organizing any motorcycle adventure trip that you will be many hundreds of miles away from home and that you should always have a few people that you could call in case of an emergency that you could rely on. This will put you and everyone involved in the motorcycle tour at ease.
